The problem
The site was failing under a locale-routing bug that wrote an error on every request. The log had reached 9.8 GB and was taking the server with it.
What we built
We traced the bug to the language-switching route, contained the disk usage, then rebuilt the application in a staging environment and verified it there before touching production.
Where it landed
A stable job board with the fault fixed at source rather than papered over with log rotation.
